Meet Chris.

I'm Chris Ganeff — founder of Better Communication, a workplace communication consultant, learning designer, and certified organizational coach. When you work with Better Communication, you work directly with me: I design and deliver every session myself.

I help professionals write, speak, and work together more effectively, with a focus on business and technical writing, public speaking, and team communication.

With a career spanning communications, technical writing, and training, I offer an "outside looking in" perspective that brings practical, real-world solutions to your communication challenges.

I've spent more than 20 years helping a wide variety of people communicate better at work, including engineers and technical consultants, customer-facing teams, university administrators, internationally-trained professionals, Indigenous groups, non-profit leaders, small business owners, and more.

I'm also a faculty member at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where I teach applied communication in several professional programs.

When not working, you'll find me cycling, trail running, or swimming in the ocean around Vancouver, BC.
